Product Advantages
1. Non-stick Mold Net Size Heading: The fastener wires we produce are coated with a lubricant, allowing smooth demolding during the fastener heading process. This avoids mold sticking or pulling issues caused by the sticky nature of titanium, enabling net size forming and heading.
2. Good Fatigue Performance: Radial deformation from roller die cold drawing makes the material structure denser, and the fine-grained structure gives the fasteners better fatigue performance during service.
3. High Shear Strength and High Yield Ratio: Roller die cold drawing naturally increases yield strength, resulting in a high yield ratio and better shear resistance for the fasteners.
Fastener continuous heading titanium wire
This product is high-precision titanium coil wire coated with a proprietary surface layer, specifically designed for continuous heading processes. The wire is available in diameters ranging from φ2mm to φ8mm, with a maximum single coil weight of 200 kg. Its chemical composition, mechanical properties, and all other technical indicators fully comply with international and domestic standards such as AMS4967, GJB2219A-2015, 11CL-152A, and YMS10509A.
The dry, self-lubricating coating features a uniform thickness, which facilitates smooth ejection of the fastener from the die during the continuous heading process. The product exhibits excellent performance consistency with a variation coefficient (Cv) ≤ 5%.
This titanium wire is suitable for manufacturing a wide range of fasteners, including those used in aerospace, automotive, and consumer electronics applications.
