Description
Overview of ERTi-7 (Ti-0.1~0.2Pd) Titanium Alloy Welding Wire
ERTi-7 is a palladium-enhanced corrosion-resistant welding wire equivalent to ASTM Grade 7 (UNS R52400). It provides exceptional resistance to a wide range of corrosive media, particularly in reducing acids like sulfuric and hydrochloric, while retaining the excellent fabrication properties of unalloyed titanium. With its superior performance in aggressive environments, ERTi-7 is specified for chemical processing equipment, heat exchangers, and marine components exposed to challenging conditions.
