Description
Overview of TA15 (Ti-6.5Al-2Zr-1Mo-1V) Titanium Alloy Welding Wire
TA15 is a high-strength near-alpha titanium alloy welding wire, with its closest international equivalent being Ti-6-2-4-2. It provides high strength, good weldability, and stable mechanical properties at elevated temperatures up to 500°C. With its excellent combination of strength and fabricability, TA15 is widely employed in welded airframe structures, such as fuselage frames and wing panels, for aerospace vehicles.
